Somatic Breathwork is a modality using the power of our breath to activate our autonomic nervous system on purpose:
* First by tapping into our sympathetic system to clear out stuck energy, unresolved trauma patterns, unhealthy thoughts/beliefs, and physically stuck energy in our bodies. * Then to connect to our parasympathetic system to re-pattern ourselves back into the felt sense of safety, security, and self-regulation. This process is guided in a live session, led personally by Stacey, using music and specific breathing patterns and cues to access the parts of our body and soul (thoughts, emotions, choices) that need to be cleared of false beliefs and old patterns and roles, as well as repressed and unhealed trauma and accumulated stress, and to bring us back to our true selves in a balanced and regulated mental, emotional, and body state that allows for choice, learning, energy, passion, and wholeness to lead and guide us in our daily lives.
