06/13/25 Breathworks was a complete unknown to me. However, Stacey has worked with me and with my horses and done such an exceptional job that I was interested in learning what Breathworks was about, What a gift our session was! Stacey has put so much of herself into learning all aspects of this program, and she is so very kind and understands people so well that she sees individuals needs and addresses them in a gentle yet very productive manner. Techniques I learned have been employed every day and have been extremely helpful. I plan to learn more about this program and continue to use what Stacey has taught me to enrich my life daily! I had an opportunity to participate in a breath work workshop on 10/5 and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Mrs. Fitzgerald works to make the virtual space feel safe, welcoming and calming with her well-thought out music and calm tones upon entering the workshop. She explains very well what to expect, how to participate and offers careful follow up at the end and allows time for questions and sharing. I told her afterward I noticed immediately (and much to my relief and joy) that my hips feel looser and there's no trace of pain in them. I had been battling with this for some months now, and I believe much of the pain has been associated with personal trapped emotional trauma in my body I had been previously working to relieve independently before the workshop. I was SO happy to experience the relief with the breath work partnering with my other solo work. Mrs. Fitzgerald provided insight on the relation of hip pain to grief (related to trauma, but still its own category that I did not consider, and was grateful for the information). I also really love how she promoted the embracing of gratitude into the session and its benefits for healing, as this is an important concept to me. I would absolutely recommend this work, especially with Mrs. Fitzgerald as a compassionate and ethical facilitator, to anyone wishing to attempt something new to learn about themselves, to perhaps to incorporate with work they are already doing to heal (like me), and or to gather insight from a very inspirational, well-trained, and caring provider of this workshop. Somatic Breathwork is a modality using the power of our breath to activate our autonomic nervous system on purpose:
